‘Startups’ and ‘Mature organisations’ — sounds a bit of an oxymoron? Well, they’re not. They are two sides of the same coin. The perfect company can be created by successfully merging certain principal elements of both concepts.

Presently, startups are gathering much attention and engagement from millennials and budding employees. Then, what about the established organizations? How can they nurture startup culture to attract and retain new talents and the best minds?

Improve your workspace:

Identify the working style of your employees. Design a unique and appropriate working area that would boost their productivity. Create an ergonomically friendly physical environment that would help them to attain their goals with ease each day.
